HelpOne Initiative is the first social support (and community development) intervention of AIA Foundation (followed by Save-A-Pole Initiative ), created by Abdulmuhmin Opeyemi Aminu 'AIA' in 2014 during his 2 years Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme (OYES) volunteer service in his home town, Ilobu, Osun State. HelpOne was specifically created with mindset of moving at least one impoverished individual out of extreme poverty with 6-24 months empowerment support specifically tailored to suit state of need of such individual to attain self-reliance/financial independent in shortest possible time. The first (2013/14) beneficiary of HelpOne was Abdullahi, who was a disadvantaged apprentice learning fashion design at that time. He was moved to Ibadan for advanced exposure in fashion designing in a luxury fashion outfit (Mufu Outfit) at Oke-Ado where he was working as well as learning with weekly wages.
